Future Leaders Programmes

Who is it for?

  • 16 – 30 year olds looking to enhance their employability and/or business brilliance
  • Schools, universities and organisations offering employability training and personal development

What is it?

Using a blend of modules, our 1 to 3-day experiential programmes accelerate early careers by instilling new behaviours, teaching a variety of tools and developing key skills for employability success and beyond. 

A 2-day Future Leaders Programme is currently being run nationally for the Prince’s Trust.

Example Learning Outcomes

Based on a 3-day programme, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the future of work is changing
  • Recognise and be able to bring to life the skills and attributes to kick start their future
  • Confidently recognise their strengths and what they have to offer to the world
  • Understand their personal behaviour preferences and how to proactively use this knowledge to understand and appreciate the strengths that others bring
  • Examine working sectors and roles within organisations
  • Understand the power of networks and how this helps to plan for and confirm relevant work experience
  • Know how to make a great first impression to ensure you stand out in the right way  
  • Understand the importance of being proactive
  • Amend and utilise social media networks to increase employability 
  • Leave with the important core skills to be able to negotiate, plan and run effective meetings and understand the dynamics of a team and how you can be ahead of the game.
